Instant delivery
After a successful payment, your download or access details are delivered right away. Please check your email inbox and spam folder, and contact us on WhatsApp if anything is missing.
Refunds
If a product does not work as described, or the download link you received is broken, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of your order. We will first try to fix the problem or send a working replacement.
If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund the amount you paid to the same wallet you paid from. Refunds are not given for change of mind after a working product has been delivered.
Wrong product or payment problem
If you paid for the wrong product by mistake, or your payment was sent but the order did not complete, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and TrxID so we can check and help you quickly.
